Gina & Mark (& Ernie) - London Engagement Shoot

Hackney Engagement Shoot // Victoria Park

I met up with Gina & Mark and their little pug Ernie not too long ago on a super warm Sunday afternoon for their pre-wedding engagement shoot. They're getting married in Croydon in October with a warehouse vibe so we thought it would be cool to venture around a park for their shoot so they some different images to what we'll take on the wedding day (think more industrial streets and graffiti) I suggested Victoria Park in Hackney as it was fairly easy for them to get too and not too far from me and was pretty chuffed to find out that Gina used to leave near there so had some sweet nostalgia to it too!

I met them at a pub right by the park for a cold cider (so needed on these hot days) and a catch up with how their planning is going before taking a stroll around the park. Couple shoots are great for getting an idea of how I work (pretty unobtrusive and documentary style with some added fun!), a chance for us to hang out more so on the day you won't be nervous at the thought of someone following you around with a camera and I'll be like an honouree squad member, and of course you get a tonne of cool images to use and share how you like! I love when I see some of the images used at the wedding for bunting or guest books etc.

If you'd like to book an engagement/couple shoot (full disclosure you don't need to have booked me or infact be getting married, anyone can have couple shots done!) pop me an email and we can get you booked in!
